3. What Happens Next
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also notify the party responsible for the content.
4. Counter-Notification
If your content was removed due to a takedown notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification including: identification of the removed material and its former URL, your name/address/phone/email, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the US federal courts, and your signature. Send it to the Designated Agent above with the subject "DMCA Counter-Notification".
5. Repeat Infringers
We will terminate access for repeat infringers where appropriate, in line with the DMCA.
6. Misuse Warning
Please note that knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing (or was removed by mistake) can expose you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
